Non-stock items to order approx 6-8 weeks.
For non-stock items a 30% deposit is required (made to order items 50% required).

BURWOODS EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
For telephone, mail order and internet orders
Should you change your mind within seven days from the order date, you can contact us, and we will offer a full refund. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product upon its receipt, please notify us within seven days and we will organise collection where necessary and possible. Providing the goods are in a saleable condition we will offer a full refund. Collection charges will apply. Where notification is received after 7 days and up to 28 days, we will only issue a credit note. Refunds and credit notes will be issued once we have received the goods back in our warehouse.

For orders placed in our shops

BURWOODS PRODUCT INFORMATION:
We do our very best to ensure that all the items you see in this website are as close in appearance to the photographs shown. But as they are not mass-produced and many of them are hand-finished, slight variations in colour and size may occur from time to time. The colour of wood and leather may vary. Each piece of wood and leather is unique and, as with all natural products, there are variations in grain, texture and colour. We hope that you understand this and appreciate the skill and craftsmanship required to make them.

BURWOODS DELIVERIES:
Delivery for all furniture orders will be charged on a distance/time basis. Please ask in-store for details and areas covered. Where possible we use our own Burwoods Home staff and vans to deliver your furniture. They will assemble all necessary items on site, (with the exception of self-assembly wardrobes) and remove any packaging. Third party couriers may be unable to offer this service. Please notify us of any access problems you may have at the time of placing your order.While we are happy to satisfy furniture orders from overseas or outside our delivery area, courier, shipment and customs clearance will need to be arranged by the customer.
